Terms of Service
By purchasing from DARKMART, you agree to these Terms of Service. The agreement is made when the order is filed, whether or not you opened this page first. Reading it is still your job. These terms cover every order placed through the counter.
DARKMART is the night counter. Pieces are cut in black and finished in red. An order is a purchase now, or a buy now or an awarded bid on a current offer. A bid by itself is not an order and is not packed. Current offer and auction are the same sale.
1. Product delivery
Every piece sold by DARKMART is packed by hand. Nothing is pulled from a bin and thrown in a mailer. Manual delivery is how the counter checks the piece, the finish, and that the order matches what you bought.
3–7 day delivery
Delivery takes 3 to 7 days from the time the order is filed. It is not instant, and it is not same-day. By placing an order you accept that window. Day one is the day after the order is filed. A delivery on day 3 is early. A delivery on day 7 is still on time.
The clock starts when the payment is confirmed, not when you first opened the product, not when you typed a promo code, not when you left a bid, and not when a deposit is still unpaid. Purchase now and buy now start the same clock. Weekend days count. The counter does not pause the window for ordinary packing time. That time is already inside the 3 to 7 days.
What gets packed
The parcel contains the piece you purchased, the variant and specific variant you selected, and the additional product if you added it. The price on the order is the price that was on the counter when you purchased, after any promo that actually applied. A promo for a different piece does not travel with the order.
Descriptions on the product page are the promise. The art on the card is a mark for the piece, not a photograph of a fit on a body. If the words and the mark ever disagree, the written description is what the order is measured against.
If it runs late
If the order has not been delivered when day 7 has passed, write to Telegram Support. Use the button at the bottom of the site. Include the order id from My Orders, the username on the account, and the piece names. A message with no order id cannot be matched to a parcel.
Orders over $100 that are still undelivered after day 7 may qualify for $20 compensation, or you may take a discount on your next purchase instead. You choose one. You do not receive both. The $20 is a remedy for lateness, not a second product and not a refund of the whole order. The next-purchase discount is set when the claim is accepted and applies once, to one later order, and it does not stack with a promo code on that later order unless the counter says it does.
Compensation is not automatic. The counter checks that the order total was over $100, that day 7 has passed, and that the delay sits with DARKMART. A wrong address, a refused door, a name that does not match the account, or a hold you caused does not qualify. Orders of $100 or less can still be chased on Telegram. They do not qualify for the $20.
2. Refunds and replacements
DARKMART pieces do not include an extended warranty unless the product page says so in the description. A higher price is not a warranty. A current offer is not a warranty. Buy now on a current offer is not a warranty. The piece is sold as described, and the remedy below is the whole remedy unless a product page adds one in writing.
A refund or a replacement is considered only when one of these is true:
- The piece arrives damaged, incomplete, or cannot be worn as sent, and you report it within 72 hours of delivery. The 72 hours start when the parcel is delivered, not when you get around to opening it a week later. The problem has to be in the piece as packed. Wear, washing, cutting, dyeing, restitching, or any other change you make after delivery ends this condition.
- The piece does not match the description on its product page. Color placement, material, and what the description says is included are the test. A different feeling in hand, a wish that it were heavier, or a photo you saw somewhere else is not a mismatch. The variant and specific variant you picked are part of the description you accepted.
- A problem on the counter’s side stops the piece from being used the way the product page describes. That includes packing the wrong piece, leaving out the additional product you paid for, or sending a finish that was never the one named on the page. It does not include a change in your plans after the order is filed.
If one of those is true, ask for a refund or a replacement through Telegram Support. Name the order id, the condition you are claiming, and what you want: the money back on that piece, or the same piece sent again. All claims are reviewed one by one. Asking is not the same as an approval. DARKMART can ask for a clear account of the fault before anything is sent or returned. A replacement ships on the same 3 to 7 day window, starting when the replacement is accepted.
If several pieces are on one order, the claim covers the piece that failed, not the pieces that are fine. A promo that applied only to the failed piece is reversed with that piece. A promo that applied to a different line stays on that line.
What is outside a refund
- Changing your mind, finding a similar piece cheaper, or deciding the red is more visible than you wanted after you have worn it.
- Fit preference when the description did not promise a measurement you are now using.
- Damage from wear, washing, storage, alterations, or anything done after a sound delivery.
- A claim opened after 72 hours from delivery, unless the product page stated a longer window.
- A bid that was never purchased. Bids are not refundable because nothing was delivered and no order was filed.
- Lateness alone. Lateness is handled in the delivery section, including the $20 or next-purchase discount when that section applies. Lateness is not, by itself, one of the three refund conditions.
3. Buyer responsibility
After a successful delivery, the piece is yours to keep, store, and look after. You are responsible for where it sits, how it is worn, and how it is cleaned. DARKMART’s job ends when the piece matching the order has been delivered in the condition the product page described.
You keep the account that placed the order. Usernames are unique on this counter, passwords are yours, and orders filed under that name are yours. If someone uses your account because you gave them the password or left it open, those orders still stand. Log out on a machine you do not keep.
These are not eligible for a refund or a replacement:
- Misuse, including forcing a fit, cutting the piece down, or treating a finish in a way the description never allowed.
- Modifications, including repairs you commission, dye, new hardware, or any change that alters the piece after delivery.
- Redistribution, including resale, trades, or passing the piece on and then asking the counter to stand behind the next person’s complaint.
- Any result that comes from what you did with the piece after it arrived in the condition you ordered.
You also keep the record. My Orders on this counter is tied to the account on this device. If you need a late-delivery or refund conversation, the order id in that list is the record Telegram Support will ask for.
4. How a purchase is made
An account is required. The account is a username and a password. Purchase now charges the piece at the price on the page, plus a selected variant path and any additional product, minus a promo that applies to that piece. A current offer is the auction. It has a minimum bid and a buy now price set by DARKMART. An additional product can have its own variants, and those are part of the price. A bid must be at least the minimum and cannot be higher than the buy now price. Leaving a bid does not reserve the piece, does not start the 3 to 7 day clock, and does not create an order. DARKMART picks which bid wins. Buy now is a purchase at the buy now price and does not wait for that pick. Purchase now and buy now open a deposit for the total on the page. An awarded bid opens a deposit for the bid amount. A deposit that is still unpaid after 1 hour is removed. The order is paid when the network confirms the transfer. The 3 to 7 day clock starts then.
The total shown when you confirm is the total of the order. If a promo is for another piece, it will not reduce this one. If you add the additional product, its price is part of the order and part of the $100 line used for late-delivery compensation.
5. Agreement
Completing a purchase on DARKMART confirms that you have had the chance to read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to them. That confirmation covers purchase now, a current offer, and buy now. It applies to every order placed through the store, including orders with variants, an additional product, or a promo code.
If you do not agree, do not purchase. Looking at the counter, making an account, or leaving a bid is not a purchase. The agreement attaches to the order.
DARKMART may update this page. The terms that apply to an order are the terms on this page when that order is filed. A later edit does not rewrite an order already under My Orders. The current page is always at ~/darkmart/tos$.
Questions about an order, a late parcel, or a refund claim go to Telegram Support. The channel is for the counter’s public notes. Support is where an order gets answered.
